        I asked neteller repeatedly where these trust accounts were located. The only answer cs would give me is that it's in there system. I'm begigning to wonder if these trust acocunts are nothing more than ledger entries.

                  There is the exchange rate difference , but if you set up an extra account you have peer to peer plus exchange rate. Dont think exchange rate is as high as 1.9 % though

                      Russia's WebMoney should be an untouchable alternative. I think I've seen some sites accept this Russian payment system. Not sure if they allow US-based customers though.
