Right on if you can score tickets. Now this is closer to 100%, closer. Drop some 20gs or some shit like that and enjoy it man.

I'm sorry to contradict you sir, but if the line is at -4500 it means that for every $4500 wagered you will only get $100, that means that if you make it 10k you will be getting $222.22

Sorry but, if it was that case you wouldn't still be getting that much. When the line has a "-" it means you bet that amount for a hundred bucks, in your case, for every $450 you bet you get $100, in the end you'll end up with an extra $2222.22.

Boxing is a whole different universe in which you cannot predict the outcome by just seeing a hugely negative line. 2k is still some profit but what if whomever fights your guy beats the crap out of him just like Pacquiao did with de la Hoya? You'll end up losing 10k. If your friend knows the sports really well and you trust him then go ahead, if you're not sure it's better not to take the risk. But that's just my opinion.

I would be a bit cautious, anything can happen in boxing, the greats usually lose at some point, also Marquez is no easy opponent.

You never know with boxing, i've had some truely woefully bad beats on it, some that spring to mind:

Mosley v Margarito prop, Margarito to not get knocked down.
Taylor/Froch Taylor by Decision - Taylor well up on cards gets knocked out with 10 secs left in the fight.
Wlad K v Chagieve over 10.5 rounds - Chagiev quits in his corner end of 10th round.

I just don't think boxing is the sport to go all in regardless of whos fighting, you just never know, 1 punch is all it takes for an upset.
