I get 7-9 hours a night now that I'm on a CPAP machine.

The power went off in my place for about 20 minutes this morning around 6AM, I woke up cause it was difficult to breathe, my machine was off due to the power outage.

Before I was on the CPAP machine I'd only get a few hours of interrupted sleep due to me stopping breathing so often.
