Acquisitions are rarely smooth. Implementations are hit or miss. Sometimes sales guys want to do something and compliance kills the deal. These are all the realities of business. Deal with it.

The US sportsbooks don't want people sending (donating) money and gambling on here,

they want them sending money and gambling on their web sites! And they are spending

MILLIONS of dollars to advertise their sites. I don't see how this place will be worth a nickel.

Don't need some "go between" anymore to handle all the cheating that the offshore books

tried to do to people, because the US books will be regulated by their own states, and they wont

cheat people anyway. If somebody paid more than $5 for this site and they think it will somehow make $$ trying

to base it off US sportsbooks instead of offshore books, then they need to sell it now for $3 and take the loss.

Like I said earlier, this really just looks like a downsize. SBR is definitely still involved so this is a bit of a stiff. But I can't blame them too much. No hard feelings as far as I am concerned. I'm not sure there was even a sale at this point. But pretty sure somebody bought more than half.
