I agree that it seemed real petty to go back 10 years to find 1 email talking about someone's lips. I did not find that email racists at all. BUT it is all coming out now that there's THOUSANDS of emails and Gruden has a history of sending HUNDREDS of emails that attack EVERYONE, especially Goodell... His commissioner. Plus they just uncovered pics of naked WFT cheerleaders... He is fukkked.

Huh? Rap music probably had the biggest cancel culture surrounding it in the history of free speech. Do you not remember how many times rappers were arrested at concerts, banned from entering certain cities, music banned from radio? NWA had to produce records on their own and sell them in the streets because they couldn't sell them in stores. Congress had numerous special sessions bringing rappers into their courts.

and are you really going to compare a musician with an NFL coach that leads a group of ~ 100 people. That's like comparing a hobo on a street corner with Mark Zuckerberg. One has a lot more responsibility and accountability.

Don't musinderstand my post, that stand up was hilarous.

I am not for cancelling Gruden, or the halftime show.

To me, none of it's relevant unless, say, Gruden broke some law or really did something crazy in the here and now. Now attorneys could start going back, if it was relevant.

Should Gruden be held accountable? Maybe, yeah. But not by firing, not necessarily. But for an NFL coach, anything else in this day and age is just a distraction so resignation is traditionally the course of action taken, maybe for the best, probably for the best, but I'm not so sure always for the best.
