    Ask the boss during what period of time he was a LICENSED psychiatrist in the State of Virginia. In no State can you refer to yourself as a current or former psychiatrist without a license (ACTIVE/INACTIVE).

    Reply with the hospital he worked in, dates, and license number with either a link to a VA website or scanned license. I am not talking about "Residency".

    I am not doubting this guy is a psychiatrist ... I am just too lazy.

    This is a sure bet for you guys....Just looking for a little confirmation should I ever depend on him for medical advice.
