Give me a break....NCAAB games start in 4 hours and still no lines up? Sorry but something has to be said about this. This is absolutely reprehensible from a book that is an A+

Sure, maybe you don't get your lines up the afternoon before the game but in this day and age, for a book not to be able to put up lines overnight should be frowned upon. And yes, I get safety is the most important thing right now but really from an A+ book, one should expect much higher standard of gaming services

They've always been late in posting of lines. That is just Bodog for ya. A "A+" book? Probably, but a straight A to A- would be more accurate, I think. But with that said, I feel alright to have my money there and not anywhere else. If anyone can create their own processor to take over for Neteller, it will be Calvin.

Bodog is A+ because of it's stability I would imagine. It is not A+ because of it's friendliness to sharp bettors. Bodog is built around marketing to the public and then bending them over hard with 20, 30 and even 40 cent lines.

But they have done a ton for the industry and are finacially one of the most stable because of their ability to capitalize on the square action.

If you don't like their line promptness then why do you have them funded haha...

I've managed to work it up almost 10 fold. Trust me, BoDog is not high on my list of sportsbooks but yes as I've said their saftey is important...however, if that is the sole criteria to evaluate a book then it will not be an enjoyable gaming experience as books will simply claim immunity from providing high standard of gaming service based solely on a "safety clause"

Bodog offers a lot more than just safety although for 90% of bettors simply having lines up before the game starts, a simple and easy to understand bonus structure, fast payouts, and finacial stability is enough to warrant an A+ rating.

If you are in this for any prolonged amount of time you soon learn what these guys are all about and use some of it to your advantage and disregard the rest.

But I have always felt safe with a large balance at Bodog and they have great overlay on their Guarenteed Poker Tourneys which also make them a top operation.

It does not suck...it just is not an A+ quality book. To say it is an A+ is to essentially say it is no different than Pinnacle. Outside of the safety, which is paramount now more than ever, it is really nondescrept in every sense of the term.

You would still get worse lines with a local and you would be breaking the law as opposed to not breaking any law by playing at Bodog.

bodog deserves a+ just for the wwts bailout.( Praise the LORD!) They are rock solid. Where is it written you need to cater to pro action (not that they don't get any) to be a+. For joe square they have to be a dream.

Personaly the only thing i care about the srb rating is cash security. I can figure out myself if they offer bad lines.

90% of the rating should be stability.

IMO... Bodog should never be an A book. Although they appear to be safe, etc. Line selection is terrible, lines are posted late, totals very late, and select NBA games will not even have totals until right before tip off. They take every advantage they can find. Can't be your major out.
