There were false speculations a month ago about Bwin is going to buy US based public company World Poker Tour. I knew this will not going to happen, because I studied Bwin's balance sheet and there was no money to buy it, all I found there was only losses and no cash.
So I was right, the winner is PartyGaming Plc my current online betting book.
I don't know who spread false news that Bwin is going to buy World Poker Tour, but now this is a completed transaction and the winner for WPT business is PartyGaming Plc, I congratulate PartyGaming and wish them successful integration of the great Poker assets - WPT Enterprises, Inc.
Besides Bwin in the last 3 months made only $100,000 and WPT was valued in this transaction at 12 million $, so even if Bwin wanted this assets very much, it couldn't afford it.
