I might look into that. I've always had addictions. I smoked cigarettes from 16 to like 30 something. I'm overweight because I don't necessarily eat bad foods, but I gorge. I eat huge portions. Like I don't eat donuts and shit but my portions are huge. No self control. I always have to be doing something eating, smoking, beating off, gambling...and it always hits the worst when I'm in a seemingly good situation. Like I can't be content ever with things being ok. I gotta fukk it up somehow

I think it is too much to call gambling an addiction. It is an obsession. That is something different. You really just have to change your behavior. The problem is you do not know anything else to do and you cannot get the same kick with anything else. Gambling is exciting. That is why you really have to change the way you look at gambling and what your motivations are. Boredom is obviously a major factor in drug and gambling addiction and people do not have anything else to turn to.

Casino gambling is a really big problem because you absolutely cannot win. Sports gambling is something you can get hold of just by showing yourself that you cannot win. You know you can't win with casino gambling so that is why I would try video games or something to occupy your mind and get you away from gambling. You have to break the cycle.

I think it is really important that you analyze your own thoughts in relation to gambling and what you are doing. As long as you tell yourself that you cannot control it, you will not be able to. But it is something that can be controlled.

And don't under-estimate video games as a substitute because video game addiction is a huge problem across the world. But better to be playing video games and not losing money than losing money at gambling.

Unfortunately, gambling advice isn't going to help or change anything long-term here. You have a highly destructive pattern and the cycle never breaks.

If you block casino on one app, thinking that will solve it, it won't. You'll find another one and deposit there, unfortunately. You're constantly looking for more and unable to take wins, keep a chunk, and press on with the balance. Just not happening.

Serious addiction counseling is probably the only way you're ever going to change at this point... and even then, you need to be serious about it.
