Is Bodog out of line?

I have 2 accounts that have ************* as a deposit method. Bodog has a 10 BUSINESS DAY hold on the deposit, 5Dimes has no hold. Is it out of line that a player could make a major hit an hour after depositing, but have to wait up to 14 calendar days to withdraw? It strikes me all they need to do is hold the amount of the deposit and refuse any wagers or w/d below that amount.

Is Bodog out of line on this?

Yes their 40 cent lines on soccer totals and 30 cent lines on baseball first five lines are out of line.
