which book would you rather have?
brick and mortar betting shop near you place and all over the city. no fee to deposit money and withdraw and you can chill out at the place to watch games and do live betting (vegas type). you can also do phone and internet 24/7

    or

pay fee for deposit and withdraws and can only bet online. but the odds are always better.

if you have to choose one, which one would you choose?

Better odds for me, pico! My life would not be the same without standing in line at the Moneygram counter for reloads.

Lived in Vegas for 20 years..........

Online is 10x better.........but Vegas is great for viewing games and grabbing some free beers and an occassional buffet ticket.

No doubt brick and mortar but I really believe this all depends on what kind of player you are.

                Recreational or Pro.

A pro has no need for brick and mortar as it will just be a hole to throw money into whether its gambling, driving there, buying food and drink.

But for me I would love to have that. A dream.

Here anyway, in the bookie shops, you usually have a woman behind the counter who hasn't got a clue what she is doing. You can find more idiots in a boyle sports shop than anywhere else. That is why I don't go there anymore (plus they have crap odds)

I remember on a few occasions been told that I could not bet on a game because it was already over. When I insist that the game isn't on for hours, he/she promptly apologises

You will also find that he/she has placed the wrong odds on your bet slip. I use online more so than a bookie shop but it's nice to have the option to walk 5 mins down the road from my apt and be able to place a bet in 3 different bookies (boyle, paddy power and ladbrokes)
