Southgate is the 2nd worst coach in the tourney. From game 1 it was obvious that England had NO game plan. Everything relied on individual efforts from certain guys.

Luis Enrique and Mancini were the coaches of the tourney.

That said, with a decent coach, someone who just knows a thing or two, they can win the World Cup next year. England has a very good team if used correctly.

PS: Mancini had 22 guys in his coaching staff for this tourney and all of them top notch guys in their fields. Talk about preparation, dedication and perfect execution.
