Here's what I would do if I were Delaware

Everyone seems to be OK with the state offering parlays, so that's what I would do. But you have be ingenious about this, so you have to do it with a twist.

How do you do that? By giving everyone what amounts to an automatic W, thus reducing a two-team wager to one team. Payouts, naturally, have to be based on a single-game basis.

Every week of the season, you take a game no one cares about, Cupcake State vs. Tomato Can U., and you make one team a 150-point favorite. So everyone takes the points in that game and one other game of their choosing, and in essence you have single-game wagering. And you have followed the letter of the law.

They only had three teamers before so i think the judges limited them to 3 teams and up after i did some research I came to that conclusion but could be wrong, I agree with you here though, they have to do something to sweeten the pot and make it worthwile for people
