This literally looks like the track nearest to me I am surprised they have not put up cots, it is in Prince George County Maryland, It is the ghetto, guy got shot at stoplight right next to the track one night shortly before I got up there liqupr store up the street is robbed weekly, gas station has hoodlums posted out front dealing no doubt homless guys begging for change on the corner (probably because they lost everything they had betting the ponies) so on and so forth. Only go up there very rarely now. I'll admit it is far easier to get buried with horses than sports.... People that say gambling is gambling are out of their fcking minds, here is my list of biggest degen gambling forms

1.Lotto- People buy scratch offs like crack, and chances of just getting what you paid back are like 1 out of 4
2. Horses- Huge highs and lows
3. Casino players- Edge is almost always against you, they need instant gratification
4. Bingo- Can't lose too much money usually but you have 0 control and some players are in the halls every night for hours on end
5. sports- You can give yourself a better edge with research, less need for an "instant fix" for sports players unless your an in live better or quarter better then maybe you are a bigger degen unless a line is just off or something
6. poker- probably the most skill oriented form of gambling

My grandfather used to race at that track back in the day--there and another one--not sure if it was where the equestrian center is now. I was born in PG Hospital, but nobody in my family has lived in PG for over twenty years. Family farm is on Suitland Rd. I live in the midwest now and see people still have ties to their heritage and they take it for granted. My family is blown up over the whole country. Everybody had to get the hell out.
