2009 Mets: Highest injury plagued team ever?
This is unreal now with Santana and Francouer going down for a bit.

Looking up and down who they should have had play atleast 140+ games this year vs. what they will have... its the worst I've ever seen.

Has there ever been a team that had worse injury problems be it a higher volume of injuries or just career-ending injuries to maybe 3 players.

I agree with JJ mets had a lot of talent but a lot of quitters. Time to change the team around. I cant believe we don't dump Minaya and Manuel 2 complete Idiots they go hand in hand with bad records. The Mets announced there goal for next season is to reduce payroll .....how can that be your goal when your lucky enough to be in the biggest market......Wilpons smc I hope the fans reduce going to see the Mets if they do that. Ive been a Mets fan forever maybe next year im changing to the Nats

The most injuries by a team that I can remember, but I also question heart with this team.

Their heart suffered its 730 day DL trip when they lost both division title chases in back to back years.

Losing at the end says a lot about a team

the Mets were so talked about before the season about how they could be running for the top of the NL.. But a few injuries ruin everything. Lets go Phils

Phils were smart....they started the year with a toilet rotation ended up with one of the better ones
