Do anyone know about a court rolling that advised that sport betting is a skill and not luck?

I am not aware of any such ruling, but I do think that this is a skill capping sports games. Of course their is some luck involved. This is definitely not just rolling the dice!

If it was indeed skill would that mean the court can't call it gambling? Why is the court ruling that sports picking is a luck based phenomenon

I have never seen a ruling saying that, and I have read a lot of gambling law cases.

I heard this too, that the reason single-game betting was being prohibited because it was skill not luck. Would be curious to hear more.
