Computor question about "SCANNING A HARD DRIVE"
I have a friend who is taking his computor in for repair.

He has done all the deleting of files, passwords, websites vistied, etc., etc., from the control panel.

Question is, can the individual doing the repair still be able to find out what the sites this individual visited by scanning the drive?

    Thanks in advance,
    FH

Toss it and get a new one. No point in risking, HD's are a dime a dozen these days.

            More thoughts would be appreciated.

I have ALWAYS thrown my hard drives into deep saltwater.
