Bwin or can you tell me how to read it
    HiHi,

this is e-mail written today from my bank to GRA (Gibraltar Regulatory Authority) Phill Brear , Head of Gambling Regulation , here:

    Dear Mr. Brear,
I`m writing you concerning our customer MY NAME HERE.
I once again want to confirm that the requested cards exist and belong to MY NAME HERE.
The were just blocked by order of MY NAME HERE.
We have such images on our credit cards and the credit card number is also right. I`m no specialist and can not evaluate if the **** is positioned right on the credit card, but I don`t think that you have to be worried because of that.
I hope that now everything is clarified and wish you a good week.
    Best regards

This is what Phill Brear wrote afterthat today:

This followed specific requests for their security department to examine the cards, which we understand they did.

I would again point out to you that your cards triggered security alerts because of their appearance, they appear to have been 'doctored'. That you subsequently destroyed the cards is very unhelpful to your case. The legitimacy of the numbers/dates is not an issue, but bwin have the right, set out in their T&C to challenge cards that fail security screening. Your bets were refunded and you had the opportunity to remedy this through reasonable negotiation. Instead you have issued obscene and offensive emails and embarked on a spurious and misleading email campaign that will ultimately do you more damage than anyone else.

As previously advised, we would advise you to retract your inaccurate and misleading material at the earliest opportunity.

    Yours sincerely

    Phill Brear,
    Head of Gambling Regulation

Can anybody explain me what he writes, as it is written in such a form that I am not sure if he defends Bwin scamming me or I will get my winnings in the end?
Please look into my first blog what Bwin's lawyer wrote (on the bottom), this lies are proven already second time to GRA, that cards belonged to me during I was a customer ( I canceled this cards 2 weeks after Bwin closed my account as I was expecting a phishing, unauthorized attack on my credit cards after my winnings were not paid). Then Bwin's lawyer writes that money were returned to the account owner (which is me) but in fact nothing ever was returned to my account. This is the clear case in which Bwin used lawyers to make me fear of them stealing my winnings, but they turned to the guy who can grill both Bwin executives on the fire, pepper them, salt them and eat with a red wine from Brunello. Now when all is proven and all is answered, what this guy writes, will I get my winnings or not? Please explain.
