      Yes. Set-up a verifiable acct (most likely in-state only) then have the ability to place wagers over the phone.

        That is a very good question.

        If they have anything of that nature in Vegas for sports betting I can imagine it coming along out to Delaware in due time.

        The only thing that may hold it back is the geography of the area.

        With so many other states within mere miles of the Delaware Racinos I'm sure there is a higher risk factor for dealing with out of state accounts and illegal markers.
