around 250 but fills fast when season gets closer,no limit to participants of course,i did the math they need around 1400 just to get even

thanks.....like you said you will probably get those spots filled as the start of the season approaches. 1,400 is a little too much of a crap shoot for myself but GL.

My fear for joining is out pricing any value in doing it.

If your number of 1,400 holds true and 3,000 people join my ROI possabilitys are tiny at best.

If it gets up near 3,000 you just bought yourself a $250 lottery ticket.....some woman who picks games by her favorite color or favorite team mascot will probably win.

i say to the naysayers, just go look at it,last years results r there, and just read the rules, u win the weekly once for 5000, u r ahead.

if u go 0-10 or 10-0 guaranteed 5 dimes, i saw that happen 20 times last year

True.....I said that because I entered a pool through one of my friends work one year and the woman who ended up winning had never watched football in her life. She would go down the sheet and pick teams based off the team colors. She had a couple of weeks where she went 15-2 lol.

I hear you, but winning the weekly is probably still a 1 in 2000 chance. And I know for a fact I will never go 10-0 or 0-10 in a week. gl though.....

Don't get me wrong I am not naysaying it as much as just waving the value flag around.

A win on any level in that contest will pay you atleast 25x on your investment but obtaining the win is sooooo difficult and luck driven that it comes down to lottery odds.

I must admit I'm a sucker for office pools and such but I wanted to just give some insight before someone chalks up $250 and sees the results.

Guys, as the official spokesperson here at Caribsports I can state unequivocally this contest is a loss leader. We only got about 600 entrants last year. As of this morning, Monday 8/24, we have exactly 249 entires. Boys, this is one contest you dont want to miss. $250 for the year. No extra costs.
