To summarize:
1) I open a WSEX account due to the good reviews
2) I fund my account using moneybookers
3) I do some bets
4) I want to withdraw
5) I choose moneybookers to withdraw by
6) I wait for my funds to appear...
7) Funds do not get transferred
8) I email WSEX customer service regarding my small moneybookers withdrawal
9) I get this reply:
Dear Customer,
We are currently having technical difficulties with Moneybookers, so it is
temporarily unavailable. If you wish to make a withdrawal, you need to
request a bank draft.

If they had a problem with moneybookers, then it would be a 2-way problem (no deposits and no withdrawals). Apparently, it is a funny excuse to say that they cannot do "pay-outs" to moneybookers but they can receive funds from moneybookers.
Doing a bank draft would just be too costly since I am from Asia.
Does anybody else have the same problems or is this just the "keep your money with us longer" strategy?
I just find it unfair that they would let you "easily" deposit and then give you a "difficult" time to withdraw.
