Where is the best place to use the Neteller Debit Card to reduce the fees? The max I can withdraw at my local ATM is $500, so I end up paying $1.75 for the ATM fee + $1.50 that Neteller charges per withdrawal + $2.00 that Neteller charges to transfer funds to the Debit Card. So to withdraw $1000, I end up paying a total of $8.50 in fees.

Am in the same position David. I guess I will take LVHerbies suggestion and try Bank of America tomorrow. A 1k max would be great.
