********. How exactly does it work?
Say i go to my local grocery store, am i able to load up $100 on this thing without any fees or are there fees? Is there any difference or benefit to loading it via debit card, credit card, or straight cash or does it not matter?

Also for the Canadians out there, is it best to exchange my Canadian dollars into American dollars and then load it up with the American dollars? I'm wanting to use this card for 5dimes who only use American Dollars.

Lot of variables, but, getting a card will cost you about $10 plus 1.00 to load it. The main Books will reimburse you tho. After that it will cost you about <5.00 to reload card up to 2.5k. Again, if you ask (demand) major books will reimburse the handling fee.

                Generally

If a Book will take **** then ******** will work. Perhaps you may need to do the transaction over the telephone tho.

The best advice I can give as a fellow Canadian is to get yourself a moneybookers account and use ****/********** to upload funds to your moneybookers account, then it is easily transferred to 5Dimes, Matchbook, Pinnacle, Greek, Betjam, Jazz, Carib, DSI, Legendz, Ladbrokes, Betfair, Cris, etc etc.

Most books take moneybookers and payout via moneybookers - you can get a check sent right to you via moneybookers or they will send the money to your bank account - and their fees are very reasonable ($5 for a check & $3 for a wire transfer).

I think you need to contact him again because I dont think your initial deposit can be with a card.

Maybe they have finally come around they may actually get an initial deposit from me now! ******** is the only way to deposit these days IMO for americans. Canadians have better options as stated above moneybookers that is good for in and out movement of funds.

Cool, maybe they have a new customer. I like there lines but I never dealt with them because they did not take ********, at the time. I had the same issue with BetPhoenix when they first started they did not take ********. Hopefully, they have come around.

The gift card is different from the prepaid card you do know correct? The gift card can not be reloaded. The only except the gift card which is not as liked by me as the prepaid card.

So are there fixed amounts of money i get on the gift card like $50, $100, etc. or could i put $175.43, for example, on one of them?

I'm not sure but I think you can only by them for fixed amounts. $50,$75,$100 and so forth. You can get them for $25 but the live chat guy told me that it had to be for atleast $50

They both work for BetJam the prepaid and gift. I use the prepaid and the minimum is $10 or $20 for BetJam. So, yes as far as I know, this is just for 5Dimes.

Just use western union or moneygram as it is so much easier to fund books like this.
