"I am Carol Belila, wife of Sam Belila. Sam was an amazing husband, father and Papa. He passed away on Monday April 12,2021 from multiple medical issues due to Kidney failure. He will greatly be missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind medical expenses that we are not will be covered by his insurance. Anything will help and be greatly appreciated."
It is with a heavy heart that we deliver the terrible news that Sam9ball has passed away. Sam was as classy as they come; kind, gentle, funny, a dedicated husband and family man, and a friend that would go out of his way to help anybody in need.
We will share details of any fundraiser setup by Sam's family, along with any other information the family wishes to be made public.
