I have a pulldown window that has the preloaded bonuses there. 25% cash with 5x rollover is the best in the pull down window and is the one I always get. I don't see where I can manually enter a code like MOM100

I had that happen with Bovada a couple times. It's a problem on their end. Try sending LTC.

I got that same message the last several deposits there while scanning their bar code using my cellphone app. I had to log into blockchain and copy paste directly and it worked.

If you notice the address starts with a bc rather than a 1 or 3. The "bc" is a segwit address and for whatever reason certain wallets don't scan those codes. I was not able to scan the code with my blockchain wallet but with my edge wallet it worked no problem.
