I do think we will soon get to where we won't have to wear a mask once the numbers decrease. I think we're going to see large decreases in the next few months as more people get vaccinated. There should be enough vaccines for every person in the US by end of May, June. We're getting close but still need to be careful until then. Would suck to be one of the last people to die from covid.

There you go blaming the other side. Step away from the politics for at least one day. We the people make the rules, not government. Once people feel more comfortable and safe to not wear a mask, we’ll not wear a mask. I feel safe not wearing a mask now but I don’t want to infect someone unknowingly, so I will still wear one until cases go down. It is not a huge ask for me to wear one, just like I wear a seatbelt even when I drive to our country club less than a mile away. The life you save may be your own one day.

People will decide when and where it’s safe to not wear a mask. I was in China several years ago and was shocked to see so many people wear masks. This was way before Covid but they wore it because of smog and people catching other viruses. They were ahead of their time. I remember leaving Greek Town casino one night and blowing my nose and there was all kind of black soot from all the smokers. I’m pretty sure I’ll wear a mask the next time I go to a casino. Covid is like HIV back in the day. People were scared to death of aids and went to great lengths to not catch it including not having sex. Talk about over the top. Eventually, people get educated and learn what to do. Eventually, we won’t have all this masks, social distancing rules. It’s just a matter of time.
