What it's rating?
Are you confident that your money is safe there? What would it cost for a withdrawal?
These question pop up a lot with broke books when people want to try to arb their balanc out. However, if the book that owes you is never going to pay, you aren't arbing anything, you are just gambling with the other book.Comment -
