I just turned on the weather network. They're showing coverage of it. One confirmed death in Durham.

Vaughan has declared a state of emergency, I drove by one of the areas and saw some damage but the police have much of the area closed off to the public.

I see the weather network is advising the storms that caused the tornados in Vaughan have moved to the east and are now threatening Kingston and Gananoque.

Early reports suggest these were F2 or possibly F3 tornadoes.

Yeah, they're heading east. No warning for my area. Just thunder-showers.

Apparently the tornodos were filmed and posted on youtube tonight. Gonna give it a look...

Yeah, i just copied that video from the Star website, I'm sure much better video will be posted, lots of people with camera phones will have recorded the tornadoes.

200 houses totaled in Maple and Woodbridge, only 1 person injured, incredible.

F2 tornadoes don't often hit heavily populated areas in Canada.
