NO...wrong again...they were down by 10 @ the 3:20 mark and then Oklahoma went on a 7 - 0 run to trim the deficit down to 50 - 47 with 1:30 left to play...and then it was your typical exchange of layups and FT's until the end of the game.

So very original. Guys sees the word 'if' and he goes into __ mode. I just used that as illustration that it could have easily gone either way there ( since knuckleheads were trying to ignore that reality)
Now if I was whining that Tech should have won...if they just made a stop there, that would be a subtle yet very different story.

but that's the whole point...they DIDN'T make the stop...furthermore, even if the Red Raiders would have made that one stop you still don't know how the rest of the game would have unfolded...be as it may, it was still a 7 - 0 run which trimmed the lead down to 3 with a 1:30...runs happen all the time between two great teams and I expected this to be a hard fought game by both sides and it was...and that was the whole point of this thread about Oklahoma (+7.5) being a gift because of how well the Sooners have been playing even with two of their best players out because of covid.
