Vip has the worst service

they take games before they start and trying to get to a manager is like pulling teeth. Good thing i am done with them. I don't see why they are so great. My friend won some money and was told to cash out and leave. I hate their service period

If you are a small bettor who does not value customer service, then VIP is a top-notch book. However, payouts are always a breeze and they don't mess around there. I asked them a question about whether I was eligible for a reload bonus they were offering 3 months ago and I am still waiting for a reply (emailed them twice).
