wait until morning of and negociate. If the flight isn't full you have a lot of leverage with the CSR's to book the bare minimum rate. I am going to do this Friday morning and if it doesn't work I'm fukked but I can't afford the $400+.

just found one that puts me in vegas thursday night at 9:15...for $338...not bad, but the airport that flight goes out of is 2.5 hours away
