i take xanax daily, and normally just eat one meal a day and snack a couple times....

depends what benzos and opiate's you are mixing, and in what ratio. I hear a lot of times the benzo just kills the opiate buzz

This is completely FALSE !!!!! Xanax mixed with opiates is one of the worst drug interactions possible. There are some dumb ass people in these forums who might take you serious.
