    Click2Pay Help
Anyone have any success with Click2Pay? I had money in a book, but couldn't withdraw money except by Click2Pay. Now that I've withdrew all my money into Click2Pay, I can't do anything. I have a 4 figure balance with them, but can't even deposit $100 into Full Tilt poker. Emailed them, tried calling them, nothing. So now my money is just sitting there.

They also stated that you can't withdraw money unless you have 2 stars. I emailed them to ask them how I can get 2 stars so I can withdraw, no reply either.

Anyone else just opened an account with them and can't get a lick worth of Customer Service?

They sure did call me pretty fast after I signed up... seems like a company that just cares to get you as a customer, but don't care if you stay.

The only way I have been able to get things going there have been by phone, I have always had to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to pick up but just explain clearly and they should help you.

Called them and left the phone ringing for about 5 min. No one ever picked up and the phone eventually disconnected.

Anyone out there got any info to share that may help?

            Juice,

You may want to try depositing back to another book in order to eventually request your funds through an alternate method. Some books are accepting deposits through *** but not payouts.

That's the problem. I can't even make a $100 deposit into my Poker account, and I have over $5000 with click2pay!

I'll try depositing money into another book, but I just don't see that happening either.

Some info from current click2pay users would help a lot.

Click2pay does not reply to emails

Has anyone had any success of receiving a reply from click2pay via email?

The "no customer service interaction" worries me. It's been 4 days and still no reply to any of my emails.

I do not think I can call long-distance and then wait for someone to answer after a recording.

My problem is that I bankwired funds to them since I think they can't take credit card funds from my country...and so I was directed to the "bank wire" funding option. So far my funds have not been credited yet.

I now have over $15,000 sitting in my new account from my withdrawals - figured it was safer to put money in there than leave it in the sportsbook. Now I can't even get a hold of them. My account is new, so I am at 1 star. I made a transaction last Friday and hope I'll move up to 2 stars this Friday and be able to withdraw.

Just crossing my fingers all goes well... b/c if it doesn't, I wouldn't even know how to get in touch with someone... besides possibly making another account so that one of their Verifying Reps. calls me so I can get on them! Those Reps do call you pretty fast when you sign up, but can't even answer an email!

Terrible company! I'm going to pull everything out of there. Only reason I used them was because I had no other choice. Talking about being forced to gamble....

Just an update to the click2pay experience...

The funds that I send which were in US$ were received by click2pay and credited to my account but are reflected as my local currency and so I lost foreign exchange differences (maybe that is how they make money).

Although my funds have been credited, and have been transferred to a sportsbook, still no reply to any of my numerous emails.

I guess I should be satisfied that my funds are there.

Thanks for the update new2betting. What star rating are you? And do you know how to move up on the ratings?
