For anyone craving a sliver of good news, I heard from someone whose EFT requested early A.M. on the 15th has cleared. Apparently all EFTs prior to the 15th have cleared.
I don't know if that is particularly good news, though, since a couple business days have passed since his EFT cleared, and not a single report of anyone else's clearing despite Neteller's assurances that they are processing these every day and it's simply a volume issue.
If I don't hear about any more EFTs clearing tomorrow (especially if the ATM cards are still not working) I will ratchet my worry level up to Orange.Comment -
