I think the only way he gets stopped is the game script. I like the TD prop better as that should always be in play.

my book has -145 for a TD which is too juicy for me. I have Josh Allen +150 for a rushing td.

Well my thinking is Rivers has only played his career in California and in a dome so I'm not sure how good his accuracy is in 35 degree weather.
