I usually will do the buy on to or off the 3 especially if they are 2 good defensive teams. Some like to buy off the 6,7, and 10 but I just buy on to or off the 3.

Always buy the 1/2 point on spreads of 3 or 7 either way depending if you are playing the fav or the dog. I made thousands using this strategy.
