Public WiFi spots blocking gambling sites.... Standard?

Some wifi hotspots have denied access to gambling sites is this standard or do most allow access?

Some places do not even allow you to access forums such as these.

It's always hit or miss.

In the mornings, I like Panera Bread, as I can access everything from there here in Florida.

no issues on campus here... wifi or wired.... never ran into an issue w/ it at least for forums or vegasinsider and such at airports

Panera here you can get nothing....so it really is a crap shoot depending on where you go...

Have they blocked every proxy also? All 10 billion of them? Theres always ways around it
