This is the letter I just got from GRA regarding Bwin didn't pay my winnings.
I responded to this gentleman that my credit cards are very welcome from other bookmakers such as PartyGaming and Ladbrokes (both licensed in Gibraltar as well), in fact I deposited in the last 12 months about 15,000 EUR (Yes, fifteen thousands euros) and there was no problem.
I used credit cards from the same bank as my Bwin deposits.
I created this site to show some of it, the images appear as it is, but this is free site and this is not my mistake. All this transactions are few of my transactions with PartyGaming, the other file is statement from the bank with PartyGaming transactions as well. SO THE PROBLEM IS ONLY WITH BWIN!
This is what GRA wrote:
We are awaiting certain information from your bank as to why the cards created a security alert. We cannot conclude without this information. We are aware that the card numbers were yours, but the security system examines more than just the card number and this needs to be resolved.
I would advise you that putting your cards and passport on the web is inviting them to be copied and used by fraudsters; you are not helping yourself, your actions are irresponsible. Your comments about bwin are also irresponsible and should be removed or made accurate.
We will be in touch as soon as possible, your case is being progressed.
Regards
