just realized today is exactly two weeks until books open in Delawares racinos unless the appeal court puts in an injunction after the August 24th hearing, also read the planned wager limits ar wayyyyyy higher than I expected it to be 10k for nfl sides/5k for college 2k for nfl totals/1k for college totals. Bring this home Delaware kick ass in court!
