Yesterday I made a interbook transfer from wsex to matchbook and was told I had a 2x rollover requirement on my deposit. I was just trying to get my money out of WSEX and get it to matchbook because I could receive funds more rapidly and I understand matchbooks rollover requirement because they dont want to just be used as a book to process WSEX's withdraws. So I spoke with a representative via Live Chat and asked if i could just bet on both sides of a game to get to my rollover requirements and was told that was perfectly acceptable and that that was the quickest and easiest way to reach it. So I did last night and took a 50$ loss and i come back today to withdraw and im told i havent met my rollover requirement. Im told ive only rolled over like 100$ even though I wagered over 1500$. They said that the rollover is taken from the amount of profit or loss of the wager. However NO WHERE does it say this on their site anywhere and I spoke with 2 reps from them and they both told me my strategy would work and actually the first i spoke with suggested the strategy. BEWARE.

#2First off, I understand how you can feel this way.
However, I think one should attempt to show more respect to a sportsbook when doing transfers just to accomplish moving around money. Money, I'm not bashing you and saying you intentionally did anything wrong and this is a good discussion topic. It is my belief that for us players to keep intrabook transfers available(and free) we should try and at least provide a reasonable amount of action, not only in money, BUT IN TIME SPENT THERE.
I keep a record of my transfers and other transactions and make a point to not try and become a burden to the books I deal with and by doing so, hopefully make it better not only for myself, but other players as well.

#3If they told you that was an acceptable way to achieve rollover than that is on them. Fire us a complaint form with details and we should be able to help:
I agree with Fishhead (hell freezing over) that in general one has to expect that with deposit/withdrawal costs what they are, you really need to give meaningful action before withdrawing from any book, but you did make the effort to get the details from their clerks, so you might have a case.Comment -

#4Matchbook is where I place the majority of my bets though, and the interbook transfer cost me 50$. I love matchbook and have no problem with it besides this singular issue. It just upset me how i can be told one thing by a representative but then after i do it I'm told that isnt acceptable. I understand what youre saying by not just using them to get money and I agree with you. I just feel like Matchbook should define their use of the word rollover instead of just throwing around a 2x rollover requirment with no rollover requirment page. I specifically asked if my definition of their rollover requirements was correct and a rep told me yes, but then after another supervisor says that is incorrect.Comment -

#5Always get a books "word" in writing through email...........many times a rep is unqualified and more importantly, harder to prove what they told you.

#6Really good advice from Fishhead. Obviously, over the phone is he said, he said type of situation.
One of the reasons that Live Chat is also good, as you can generally copy and paste the chat.Comment
