Iphone sports score app: Pushes scores to your phone!
For those unaware what "push" mean, it basically means when the data changes it is sent directly to your phone.
First of all you must be on Iphone/Ipod Touch version 3.0. The app is called Sportstacular, they just released an update. It is a FREE AP.
If you already have the App, here is how to get the newest, and free update:
To update it click on App store on your iphone and update via the updates section.
Once you update or download, goto settings (regular phone settings). Click "Notifications". Turn notifications ON. Click "Sportstacular". Then turn on what you want. You have 3 options: Sounds, Alerts, and Badges. They all speak for themselves. If you arent sure what "badges" are, they are the little number bubble that pops up (example when you have 1 voicemail, a little red "1" pops up on your phone button, ect.
Once you do that, open up the application. Find the game you want. To the far left you will see a small icon that looks like a small grey gear or setting icon. Tap that. Then tap "Set game alerts". Then you have your options on what you have alerts for! It will alert you when the game starts, the score changes, every 3rd inning, ect. I must have if you are following the games and dont want to just stare at your screen all day!
