The dogs barked in the NFL last week but...
..i think its time the Colts get sweet revenge on the Pats. Colts by a bunch. The alternate point spread could be a fat payday.

This Chic - NO game to me is a toss up. I might even play an overtime prop if I can find one. Here in CR the bookies are liking the Saints.

    Good luck guys!

If Grossman comes to play, Chicago wins. May be the biggest if ever.

Chance at a 3 pt win is pretty big, so -2 and +3 not looking too bad. Spiro the only one set on the 3 pt line. Pinnacle lean replaced by Spiro-lean (spirulina for Hispanics...)?

WSEX had the 1/2 pt to get +3 at -125 earlier on.

Problem with the Spiro-lean is that Spiro is spreading at -110. Can't he do pretty much whatever he wants?

        John,

I respectfully disagree as I think the dogs keep on barking this week. I actually think the Saints win easily as the Beaars will have no answer for the New Orleans firepower. Grossman was OK last week but I basically dare him to put together back-to-back decent performances.

As for your Colts, the Pats past successes in the playoffs against them is well documented, and on top of that Peyton has been crap the last two weeks. Yes the game is in Indy for a change, but remember that New England hasn't lost there since John Adams was president.

Grossman must be the worst QB ever when he's blitzed. He's either sacked, fumbles, or throws an INT. He's too slow to get away, and hardly ever just throws it away.

The past Pats vs Colts matchups featured much better Pats defenses and a strong running game not to mention a green colt QB.

These colts come into this one with the right mind set after last weeks win. Manning will have time and thats the matchup part I see being the difference.

Weather and a bear team thats hard to figure out keeps me off that game. If throwing is limited by the weather then it could be tough for the saints to do much.

Heres a of quote I found on that N.O./Chicago game:

Pinnacle saw its opening line hammered by early public bets, moving the line all the way from -3 to -1. That low number was too much for sharp bettors to take as they quickly bet the Chicago Bears the other way, moving the line to -2 ½. “Sharp action and market prices are what drove the line up from -1,” says a linesman at Pinnacle.
Looks like sharps drove that line back up at Pinny.
