Thanks knock, I am aware of the safety and speed my question is about the banks the checks are written on and the country they are coming from what they are and if its always the same or varies... My bank is a pain in the royal ass but don't want their processor info on the thread thats why I am asking for a PM, if the checks are not what my bank will take easily I will just do a bank wire but that gets pricey after awhile

who is your bank if u dont mind me asking and i deposts my checks right in the bank with no questions asked.is the a chase,or one of the bigger banks or is it a neighborhood bank

I have two banks wachovia, whom for foreign check requires it be sent to collection (no funds released until bank wires the funds to them) unless it is written on an overseas wachovia can take a month or so and woodforest who is a smaller bank who puts long holds but they have great hours and are open 7 days a week only reasons I use um but could take at least 2 weeks. Rather pay a fee for a wire unless they are sending out checks that have a few exceptions at the banks above... someone PM me I know lots of guys here use betjam and withdrawal via check

Have you considered their Transfer Card? Anyway, I've used a trick that may help you with foreign checks. Do you have a ******** Debit Card?

well i only use bodog and got another check from them last week and even thought it was from another country it still cleared withtin three days with no problem

Yah I hear they are coming on Canadian checks and it is just the fact my banks blow that is causing me the hardships but i am too lazy to start a new account

Depends on the amount of check, if it is not over 2,500.00. Ok, I've loaded offshore checks to my ******** Card at 'Check Cashing' places way cheaper than just cashing them. Make sure the 'Check Cashing' place is a ******** reload center.

If they will cash the check, give you $$$ in hand, then they will load the card for a cheaper fee. At least they will where I shop.
