PayPal Help?

Any chance I can pay someone with PayPal and they send me money back via either SolidPay or Instadebit? Or if we have same book, maybe you can transfer funds from your acct. to mine. We can come up with a fee for your time. Just a small deposit wanted to start. Its getting hard for me being from US.

Any help would be appreciated.
