Roll out of the rack at 7ish. Got a 4 year old super girl and a 17 week old Labradoodle so no need for alarm clocks. Breakfast at MickyD's where I start checking sites, overnight markets, futures and of course the other moms at the MickyD playground.

Mid morning play a little golf and post a little. Look at the evening lines. During baseball I have a couple of starters I get on and a few I bet against. Not very hight tech but makes capping and betting about a 10 min daily process.

By the afternoon I'm looking for some long shot SPY calls to short and some other low tech grinding semi sharp plays. By the evening I'm hitting the pool and off for a steak. Often there is a stop at the park for the puppy and some running around to get the last bit of energy out of super kid a pre bedtime ritual.

Back home and getting late my beautiful wife serves up a stiff Crown Royal and a splash of coke. I check the color to be sure she got the mix right. I have a one per night limit so the color better be right if you know what I mean. I start checking how my pitchers did. I got a few emails from Ganch and Bill telling me how great they are. I write them back, usually just a thumbs up icon.

Thats about it.

I love it. It is a lot easier this time around with a nanny and knowing what to expect.
