They have a much better coach and much better QB this year but besides that is basically the same team as last year. Are they really worth about 21 points? For reference Illinois was -20.5 in this matchup last year at Champaign

Illinois also should get a few players back that were out because of contact tracing. Their starting QB is still out though

This use to be the case in college basketball
Use to be unranked favorites would beat ranked all the time
Now it doesn't work
Line makers adjusted and they knew that bettors were going to blindly play unranked favorites, so they adjusted to that

Bet based on what you know and have seen of these teams not blindly on the line telling you something the line
