They decided the receiver reached back across the line of scrimmage so there was no PI as the pass never crossed the line of scrimmage.

The ref ran in with his foot on the 5, and then moved it to the 4 and a half. Im not a guy that ever calls rigged, but this one is fishy as Ive ever seen. Absolutely no way that ball made it to the line to gain....no chance.

refs knew that was 4th and 11 and knew they exactly where they had to put the ball down and they put it half a yard ahead of where he went out of bounds or else.... WMU has ball down 3

He was running right down the line of scrimmage just a half yard past it but he did reach back across to catch the ball. I guess that's what they went with. His body was across the line but the ball was like right on it.

I just watched live replay. Ref ran in, stopped with his foot out, and then put the ball about as far as he possibly could away from his foot. You put your foot where the ball is to be spotted. Who holds these guys accountable?
