    Monday : Going on the Banquet Frozen Dinners DIET
    Eat only 3 Banquet Frozen Dinners a day. I bought 20 dinners this morning for $20.00, 1.00 each

    Snack on raw vegs & fruits

    Plenty fresh water

    Three 'cheat' meals per week with at least one day in between. Example: Fri dinner, Sun breakfast & Wed lunch. Eat a normal yet filling meal.

        You'll get sick of those Banquet meals after 1 week, plus they are so small. Try mixing in some grilled chicken or other healthier meats.

            I know some people eat 4 Banquet dinners a day to begin with then taper off to 3. Even at 4 the calorie count is low. The biggest draw back is the sodium.

              wouldnt actually consider this a diet other than the low calories because of the sheer lack of nutrition

                Horrible diet Sam. Why not just eat lean protein and healthy carbs? Those banquets don't have near the nutritional value needed.

                    lol Chi...you really think that is healthy. Sure he will lose weight doing that plan...that is less than 1200 calories per day and a massive 50g of protein. No need for a multi-vitamin or anything either since you get a lot out of the Banquets.

                      Just make sure to buy the one's made in Mexico and undercook them and drink some Mexican bottled water.Not hard losing alot of weight quick that way.

                        2 weeks lost 12 pounds. I over did the 'cheat meals' the 1st week but this week I just had reg meals or all-u-eat salads. Feel fine so far.
