The problem that might arise by a usual Playboy photo exploitation of a beautiful woman is that Gina Carano is also a professional MMA fighter, and she might face some competitors who will use those photos and Playboy’s reputation to challenge her professionalism as a martial arts competitor.
If Gina agrees to pose for Playboy, she should consider that her detractors will not only be peer competitors for MMA championships, but other beautiful women who will see her as fresh meat. That question can best be answered by Gina herself. Which part of her life is she most interested in continuing into her future professional life? Seems that Gina has got herself two careers and they can overlap or they can cause her some embarrassment.
Since Gina is contending now for a featherweight championship, why worry about a possible photo layout in Playboy. If, however, her heart is set on posing for Playboy, she should wait until she has reached the highest level of success in MMA and then go for the goodies.
