By that regard I guess you can say playing the percentages was the right thing to do especially since numbers say Snell doesn't do well against hitters the third time through the lineup. I just don't think he should have pulled him the way he was pitching. Sometimes you got to trust your starter to get the job done especially the way Snell was pitching.

I’m a hybrid saber/old school guy.
By that I mean I’m a student of Billy Beane an James but old school in the fact that I believe sometimes you play the hot hand regardless of what the numbers in the book say.
